Satanik is the female version of Kriminal, less famous than its predecessor, but still enough to be made into a movie of the same name in 1968.
The protagonist, Marny Bannister, is a criminal, born with a horrible appearance, but transformed into a "femme fatale" thanks to a secret formula and constant "baths of light" through the laser jewel she wears around her neck.
Over the years the character has undergone transformations in her "modus operandi", eventually becoming a vigilante.
In this episode Marny is injured during an armored car robbery and takes refuge in a haunted house.
The house belongs to a woman who, years earlier, killed her husband and buried him in the barn.
Now she's back, but the meeting with Satanik will be her sentence.

"Whirling"

Satanik goes on vacation to unwind in a winter resort.
Here she finds an old suitor, who had rejected her for his criminal activity.
While rekindling the relationship, Marny also accepts the courtship of two wealthy industrialists.
After seducing them, she kills them with an electric blanket and robs them.
Back in the city with Max, unaware of the crime, she is almost captured by Commissioner Trent, her tireless pursuer.
Max's intervention allows her to escape again.

“Guillotine on Stage”

Satanik finds herself involved in the murder of an actress, beheaded during a theater performance.
The instigator is her target and current escort, a politician.
When they are about to arrest him however, he too is killed by his colleague.
Satanik, injured during the crime, will take revenge by eliminating the culprit.

“The Lighthouse of the Black Gulf”

Satanik wants to get her hands on the research of a German scientist and for this she has become his lover.
The scientist has created a virus capable of causing cancer, but Marny would like to exploit it to create a cure instead, to be resold to European pharmaceutical companies.
The serum is stolen by two criminals in the pay of Frank Carrera, a mobster.
Carrera lives near a lighthouse that Marny visited with her sister many years ago.
Here Marny had found love, a young college student who fell in love with her despite her looks.
His sister was jealous and tried to seduce him, resulting in his death instead.
The tragic memory temporarily distracts Satanik, who loses the serum at sea after stealing it.

Satanik nr. 49
“Baron Wurdalak”

Satanik discovers that vampires exist, when a lover of her occasion is bitten and comes back to life.
The culprit is Baron Wurdalak, who is personally interested in Satanik.
The vampire manages to steal Satanik's laser diamond, forcing her to follow him to the Carpathian Mountains.
Commissioner Trent also sets out in pursuit of them.

Satanik is kidnapped by Baron Wurdalak, who wants to make her his queen.
Satanik manages to eliminate the vampires with the help of Commissioner Trent, and then flee with impunity.
