Tired of Bart Simpson's pranks, Principal Skinner sends him and the other school bullies (including poor Milhouse) to spend a day in jail.
Bart and Milhouse end up in jail with Sideshow Bob, who hates Bart to death.
To avoid his rampage, Bart escapes through the bars of the window and hides in a van.
Unfortunately Bob also gets on the same van, which has to transfer him to a harsh prison.
Bart ends up chained with the criminal.
Bob decides to escape, dragging Bart with him.
Bart manages to avoid the worst, having Bob arrested by the police.
