If the culprits manage to lose 10 kilos in one week, the city will be given a water park.
The most problematic is obviously Homer, but thanks to a final blood draw he succeeds in the enterprise.

Milhouse wants a rare baseball card.
He manages to steal it from Ralph, Commissioner Winchester's son, but is then overcome by a sense of guilt.
To return it, he spends a whole day playing with his classmate.
