During a costume party Homer hits his head and has amnesia.
When he wakes up he is convinced that he is Radioactive Man, a superhero.
Locked up in a mental hospital, he befriends an orderly, who frees him in exchange for the role of his assistant, Fallout Boy.
Marge, who replaced him at work, is attacked by a broken experimental robot.
With a bit of luck Homer manages to save her and regain his memory.
