When he reaches her, however, he discovers that she is an innocent victim of scientific experiments.
Meanwhile, more and more people in the city, including Mary Jane, are feeling ill.
When Spider-Man talks to Cedric, the scientist, he discovers that Crown lied and she is the cause of the illnesses in the city.
Cedric has produced an antidote, which Crown wants only for herself, but destroys the container.
