Story set in the future, where an artificial intelligence, Virgo, controls the lives of human beings.
Inside the software, however, there is a distinct consciousness, with the appearance of an ancient Japanese samurai, a Ronin.
In the virtual reality in which he exists, the Ronin must face the demon Agat.
Agat manages to free himself from his virtual prison and come to life in reality, but Ronin chases him.
The samurai tries to settle into this despotic and desolate future, also managing to find love, in Casey.
Casey is kidnapped by Agat and Virgo, locked naked in a circuit prison.
Ronin manages to free her and defeat both Agat and Virgo, but in doing so he also destroys himself, having been created by the AI.
Casey chooses to follow him into the virtual world, where they can be happy together.
Another masterpiece by Miller, extremely original and innovative.
Maybe one day we will be able to see a movie version of this adventure too.
The only negative note of this edition (although collectible) is the delicacy of the binding.
