Spider-Man, Moon Knight and Night Thrasher attack the Secret Empire to save Nova.
When they try to send Midnight against the heroes, the Empire discovers that they no longer have control over him, thanks to the betrayal of one of their scientists.
Midnight kills some leaders of the Secret Empire, but then hatred of Moon Knigth takes over and attacks the heroes anyway.
Nova's rescue fails.

When the fight comes, the Punisher calls the other three heroes for help.
Thunderball, empowered by the Empire, also intervenes against them.
When they are about to beat Midnight, the scientist joins her beloved in a costume similar to hers.
