During an unusual snowstorm, Spider-Man saves Doctor Rabin, a mathematician, from the attack of three Mayan warriors, belonging to an ancient sect.
Spider-Man was sent to the location of the attack by Doctor Strange, who saw the future during a spell.
Thanks to Wolverine's help, he manages to save the mathematician and take him to a police station.

Spider-Man and Iceman use their powers to get to the chosen restaurant first.
When they reach it they discover that the only table still free has been taken by Ben Grimm.

The origins of Norman Osborn's Thunderbolts.
The first one to be recruited by Osborn is Penance (Robbie Baldwin), former Speedball, still traumatized by the failure of the New Warriors.
While Norman convinces him to participate, a new super-hero debuts in Houston, Americop, as violent and lethal as the Punisher.
Osborn makes the same offer to Bullseye, who is in prison.
Bullseye and Penance are sent to capture Americop, succeeding in their mission.
