The Marauders (Iceman, Pyro, Bishop, Shadowcat and the White Queen) join Arrako as an escort to Emma, invited by an alien thief, former member of the Nova Corps, Eden Rixlo, whose telepathic spaceship she has stolen.
The alien wants the ship back, but Sebastian Shaw convinces him to accept a payment instead in Mysterium (the mineral invented on Mars by the mutants).
While celebrating the deal on the ship, Eden opens the hatches and kills all Marauders present, including Lockheed and Shaw.
On Earth returns Lourdes Chantel, Sebastian Shaw's former lover when he was Black King of the Hellfire Club, believed dead for many years.
