Black Panther and Captain America (Sam Wilson) discover that the Impossible City has been enslaved by the Ashen Alliance and wants to commit suicide.
Vision confronts Crown in Helsinki, where he discovers that in her body she holds all the peoples she has enslaved in various raids.
None of the Avengers seem to succeed in their mission, but none intend to give up.

Janet Van Dyne (Wasp) is tasked by the mayor of New York, Luke Cage (Power Man), with investigating the murder of some inmates awaiting trial while they were in prison.
Among them there is also David Cannon (Whirlwind), Pym's former driver obsessed with Janet.
While she is examining the bodies, the group of super-villains awakens.
Whirlwind remembers nothing of his past and uses his powers in a completely new, smarter way (similar to Vision).
Wasp and Whirlwind stop the other inmates, preventing them from escaping.
After the battle, Whirlwind reveals his name is Vic Shade.
Janet takes Shade into custody and together they found a new group, without costumes (banned by law in New York): Avengers Incorporated.
Meanwhile, in a secret location, we discover that those responsible for the presumed death are Hank Pym (Ant-Man) and O'Grady (Dark Ant-Man), but we still don't know for what purpose.
