The Massacrer leaves for Hammamet, to eliminate Bettino Craxi, former leader of the PSI, who fell into disgrace during "Tangentopoli" and fled to Africa to avoid trial.
During the flight the author lashes out against any type of favoritism or ugliness present in Italian society.
In particular, he is annoyed by the discounts reserved for public employees and their families on public transport, both Alitalia and Ferrovie Italiane, so much so that he eliminates the passenger sitting next to the Slaughterer.
Arriving in Hammamet, the Slaughterer eliminates Bettino Craxi in his private swimming pool, in front of the two young lovers and the black servant.
