John Lynch takes the Gen13 on a mission, without giving them details.
During the transfer on an I.O. military plane, Sarah Rainmaker shows a particular interest in Caitlin Fairchild, while she is changing.
When they reach their destination their plane is destroyed by other IO vehicles. and lose contact with Lynch.
Caitlin is separated from the others and is attacked by the agents, until a monstrous creature intervenes in the fight.

The Wetworks reach Egypt, to save the life of their teammate Claymore, infected by a mysterious virus during the clash with the vampires.
Following a dream they shared, they find a pyramid, adorned with giant golden statues, like their symbiotes.
A werewolf prince, who died from the Plague of Anubis, is buried inside.
During the exploration Mother discovers that she has already been to that place with Wearing, a trip she didn't remember.

The Wetworks find a cure for Claymore in the pyramid and return to base.
To save him requires a large source of energy and the sacrifice of a team member.
Colonel Dane Jackson volunteers and exploits the Wearing nuclear reactor.
The therapy reveals a deep bond between all the symbiotes and therefore between all the members of the team, but manages to cure the patient.
