Yorick Brown and Agent 355 reach Paris by crossing Russia.
Hero, Beth (with daughter Beth), Natalya and astronaut Ciba Weber (with her son) have arrived in Paris to find Yorick.
Alter and her agents are also on his trail.
Yorick and Beth finally meet and make love, but Beth reveals to him that 5 years earlier she was about to leave him.
Yorick returns to 355 and confesses his love for her.
Beth and Hero reach the other Beth, but are captured by Alter.
Alter kills 355, then tries to kill Yorick too, but actually wants him to kill her too.
Yorick disarms her and hands her over to her agents.
60 years pass and the world's population has been saved by cloning developed by Dr. Mann and her clone twins.
Yorick is still alive, kept hidden in the French presidential palace by his (now old) daughter Beth.
A clone of Yorick is invited to speak with him, discovering some events following the clashes in Paris.
Rose is pregnant with a clone of Dr. Mann, who recently died, while her "sisters" carry on their research.
Hero and his ex-girlfriend Beth moved to Africa and became a couple.
The astronaut's son became the Tsar of Russia.
Many years later Yorick brings his monkey Ampersand to the burial site of 355, to be together in death.
After the story, old Yorick frees himself from the straitjacket and escapes from the hideout.
A long epilogue for a series that arrived no. 60.
Maybe a little too long, but still original and engaging, both in the drawings and in the plot.
