Dr. Mann discovers that Rose is a spy and is about to leave her when she feels sick.
She wakes up after having undergone surgery to remove her uterus, performed by her mother, who did it to save her life.
Her friends have been captured by Toyota and Yorick is tied up in the bed next to her.
She discovers that her father is also still alive, again thanks to Ampersand's feces, which he infected.
The man has cloned his daughter several times and Dr. Mann meets her child copies.
Agent 355 and Rose are prisoners of Toyota, who wants to kill them.
355 frees herself and confronts her, killing her, but in the fight she is seriously injured and will no longer be able to have children.
Ayuko's (Dr. Mann) father tries to kill Yorick, thinking there is no longer room for males in the world, but his daughter kills him.
Rose and Ayuko remain in China, to clone Yorick and save humanity, while Yorick and 355 leave for Paris.
In the United States, meanwhile, the funeral of Yorick's mother is celebrated.
