Grunge wins a journey to find the Chupacabra, but ends up transformed into a cross between a human and a dog.
He manages to escape and reaches a shop run by Raggy (a reference to Shaggy, of the Scooby-Gang).
The Gen13 reach him on the mysterious island and listen to his story.
With him, in addition to other tourists, there was also a beautiful girl called Amber, who was transformed into a half-fox.
The group sets out to rescue them, but is captured.
Everyone is transformed into hybrids, with the exception of Caitlin who, after being stripped by Dr. Monstreau, is offered as a sacrifice to a gigantic creature.

Threshold begins having nightmares in which he remembers his parents' deaths, although he cannot have clear memories.
Ivana Baiul tests a new drug on Copycat, which allows her to possess her teammates, each with one of her multiple personalities.
Ivana is protected by her cybernetic implants and convinces them to free Freestyle, who was kept in hibernation after the battle of Gamorra.
Freestyle, naked and dazed, manages to free deviants from possession with her power.
Only Nicole, aka Bliss, remains possessed by Copycat's most dangerous personality.
