The supervillain Helmut, defeated in the past by Gen13, is broken out of a maximum security prison by Ms. Poppins.
It later turns out that the woman is the assistant of Mr. Luv, a wealthy owner of a toy factory.
Mr. Luv is just a child, but extremely evil, who sends Helmut to capture the Gen13 girls.
Sarah, Caitlin and Roxy are defeated by Helmut and handed unconscious to Mr. Luv.
When they wake up, the girls are wearing sexy underwear sets and Mr. Luv wants to transform them into the Eves of his Garden of Eden.
