Mr. Majestic must stop a legendary space creature from destroying the Solar System.
With the help of Desmond, a young paraplegic computer genius, he devises a multi-year plan to camouflage our System.
While events are created on Earth specifically to hide his actions (The Bicentennial, Watergate, a fake solar eclipse, etc.) Mr. Majestic moves planets, transforms the sun, and hides moons.
The plan succeeds, but his absence on Earth does not allow him to solve other global crises.
The Space Creature closely resembles Marvel's Galactus, as depicted in the Ultimate Universe or in the film "Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer."

Mr. Majestic faces a temporal upheaval.
Characters and events from the past appear in the present and the situation is progressively getting worse.
Desmond helps him trace the source of the phenomenon: a little girl with a power she can't control.
Mr. Majestic convinces her to use her power against herself, reliving a happy day from her past.
The little girl chooses a day in the company of her father, a scientist who committed suicide not knowing how to help her.

Ladytron has a lot of fun, but Mr. Majestic hopes he won't have to repeat the experience.

Mr. Majestic takes a particle of anti-space from a parallel Universe to bring back to life his son Majestrate, who died while landing on Earth on the journey from Khera.
Mr. Majestic succeeds in his goal, but in doing so condemns an Australian man to turn into a black hole.
Majestrate solves the problem by sacrificing himself and closing the black hole.

Mr. Majestic must capture a group of alien escapees, who were imprisoned inside a comet.
The Kheran Warrior succeeds in the mission, except for one exception: Testugazo the Tyrant.
The diabolical alien dictator attempts to conquer Earth with his oratory skills, but soon discovers that humans are too accustomed to hearing nonsense on TV and is not taken seriously.

Mr. Majestic is captured in space by the Ultravixen, powerful criminal aliens who want to mate with him.
While he is away, Desmond must solve the problem of the "Millenium Bug", storing all of Earth's sensitive data in his cybernetic brain.
Mr. Majestic manages to escape the Ultravixen and returns to Earth just in time to save Desmond from an anti-technology extremist.

The Universe is near its end and Mr. Majestic is one of the few survivors.
In a last glimmer of hope, he leaves in the company of three other immortals: Simberleen (a superintelligent variety of syphilis), Manny Weiss (the Wandering Jew), and Lady Eucrastia (a vampire).
Their latest journey leads them to meet Yon Kohl, a Kherano like Mr. Majestic, better known on Earth as Spartan.
He evolved into an almost divine intelligence, which understood that the moment of maximum entropy of the Universe would correspond to a new beginning.
Spartan, Mr. Majestic, Eucrastia and Simberleen (in Mr. Majestic and Eucrastia's blood, after they have sex) become one with the new Big Bang.
