The protagonist of this story is Powerhouse.
In a corridor of the IO he meets the girl he met in New York, before being kidnapped by the CIA.
Immediately afterwards the girl dies in an accident and he begins to investigate, becoming suspicious.
The deputy director tries to prevent him, so he leaves the base and returns to one of Ivana's hideouts
When he is analyzing the files he needs, he is stopped by Cole Cash, aka Grifter.
