Warren Ellis chooses a crossover with Dark Horse to mark the end of Stormwatch and introduces an “Alien” invasion.
An escape pod lands on Earth from Stormwatch's orbital base.
On board is only Flint, a Stormwatch agent, who is badly burned.
The woman reports that there has been an alien invasion on board and Jackson King has declared a quarantine.
The Wildc.a.t.s decide to intervene, mistakenly assuming that they are Demonites.
On board they find many Aliens and a lot of dead, including Fahrenheit, Hellstrike and Fuji.
The Wildc.a.t.s manage to rescue the survivors, including Jackson King and Christine Trelane.
Winter, the only other surviving Esp, decides to sacrifice himself by leading Skywatch into the Sun.

John Lynch takes Gen13 on holiday to London.
In a pub they are attacked by British counter-intelligence agents, led by a former colleague of Lynch's.
The character of Mardy (the head of counterintelligence) is a clear reference by the authors to Mother, the head of the secret service in the TV series "The Avengers".

Gen13s follows John Lynch to New York for a trip.
In a record shop Roxy meets a charming English boy and invites him for a coffee.
While they are in the club, a policeman arrives and wants to arrest the English boy, but his attitude is suspicious.
The Gen13s protect the boy and the policeman manifests unnatural powers.
The boy accompanies them to the precinct where the policeman works, which is strangely deserted.
Inside they find themselves in a hellish environment, where the damned are tortured.
Caitlin, who has suspicions, asks the policeman for an explanation.
The agent sold his soul to the devil and his job is to recover the dead who are condemned to hell and somehow escape him.
The English boy realizes that he died of an overdose and accepts his fate.
Before leaving, Roxy is warned by the policeman that they will see each other again soon.
