Debut of the splendid Ellis & Hitch series… (it's strange they haven't dedicated a film or a series to it yet!).
An army of flying Chinese, all with superpowers, attacks and destroys Moscow.
On their chest they wear a strange symbol: a circle with three knots.
Stormwatch no longer exists and therefore no one can intervene.
Jenny Sparks teleports to the UN office of Jackson King and Christine Trelane, former Weathermen of Stormwatch, informing them that they will handle it.
The mysterious army originated from Gamorra and were created by Kaizen Gamorra, the lord of the island.
Kaizen wants to destroy two more cities, to duplicate his symbol on the surface of the world.
When his army attacks London, The Authority intervenes.
The team includes: Apollo (the Sun King), Midnighter (the Warmongering Nightcrawler), Engineer (the Builder), Doctor (the Shaman), Jack Hawksmoor (the God of Cities), Swift (the Winged Huntress) and Jenny Sparks (the Spirit of the Twentieth Century).
Very quickly, Kaizen Gamorra's army is annihilated.

When the guys resist, the IO hounds, led by their new leader, arrive to capture them.
Sigma reveals to Lynch that he was taken to another dimension by Tindalos, a madman infatuated with Caitlin and able to absorb the powers of Gen-Actives, killing them.
This power comes from the armor he wears, created by aliens from the other dimension, which he wants to use to conquer the world and marry Caitlin.
