A few hours before returning from the past of the Baxter Building, the Fantastic Four return to New York.
They discover that someone is building where the temporally displaced neighborhood is supposed to reappear.
After a brief clash with the female group of super-villains made up of Lady Octopus, Scorpio, Electro and Trapster, they discover that the instigator is a billionaire software creator.
Mr. Passi admits to having created an app that allows him to predict the future and modify it (a revised version of Asimov's Psycho-history, cited by the character himself).
After a long description, Mr. Passi discovers that he never wanted to build on the site of the Baxter Building.
Reed helps him destroy the app, aided also by the Human Torch, who makes it impossible for the billionaire to recreate the app.
Returning to the Baxter Building, the Fantastic Four discover that the neighborhood has not returned from the past.
