Henry Pym created Victor Shade, a robot ant who hides A.I. in his programming of Ultron 12, a good version of the robot "died" during a clash with the West Coast Avengers.
Victor's goal is to force his evil counterpart to manifest himself, in order to stop him.
Ultron is indeed still hiding in Pym's mind and takes control of the supervillains he has involved in his secret mission, the Lethal Legion.
To face them, Wasp gathers a group of Avengers: Luke Cage, Vision, Valkyrie, Ant-Man (Scott Lang) and his daughter Cassie (now calling herself Stinger) and finally Nadia, the new Wasp and daughter of Henry Pym.
With their help and that of Moon Knight the battle is won.
Thanks to the genius of Nadia Victor manages to take control of the nanobots previously controlled by Ultron, creating a new synthetic body.
Henry and the Lethal Legion continue the hunt for Ultron, while Janet decides to stop her investigative work.
A chaotic and hasty conclusion to the "Avengers Inc" series, which leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
The story was well set up, with a “Sherlock Holmes” style perhaps exaggerated for Janet Van Dyne's character but still effective.
