The Thor Corps face Toranos on the Moon.
Thor manages to defeat him by making him wield Mjolnir and acquiring Thor's power.
This power leads Toranos to understand past cruelties and abandon his destructive intent.
Before disappearing he informs Thor that the task was assigned to him by Gaea, his mother.
Meanwhile, at Roxxon, the Executioner and the Enchantress team up with Dario Agger.
