While Captain America watches over his friend Dave Cox (the Slayer) in a coma, Arnie Roth (Steve's gay friend) is persecuted by Mother Superior and Zemo.
Steve Rogers begins to age prematurely when Arnie is kidnapped by the Red Skull, who lures Captain America into a trap.
Cap and Nomad reach the place indicated by the Red Skull, where he must face the Sisters of Sin and Mother Superior.
The attack is studded with strange hallucinations, depending on which Sister they are facing.
When he sees Zemo, Cap attacks him without thinking, but it is Arnie in disguise. The three end up unconscious.
Mother Superior kidnaps Bernie Rosenthal.

Captain Marvel reaches the ship Sanctuary II, abandoned by Thanos in space after his death (she was sent by Vision in the previous issue).
Here he finds illegal immigrants: the Taurian Kehl, Skunge the Troll, Gunthar of Rigel-3 and Levan.
Meanwhile, on Earth, Vision is invited to Washington for an official hearing as a result of his attempt at global control of computers.
Captain Marvel discovers that it is a group of mercenaries, but by now they have led her to a sector of space unknown to her and she does not know how to get home.

Alpha Flight moves into the Langkowsky mansion, making it their base.
Jeffries and Bochs rebuild the Vindicator suit, but before it's finished they are attacked by Scramble, Jeffries’s brother who is able to manipulate organic matter.
Jeffries bonds with him telepathically, thus managing to bring him to his senses and thus heal the people he has transformed (including Heather).
After the fight, however, a new creature made up of the corpses manipulated by Scramble leaves the base.
