Cap is sent by Lyra to rescue one of the 4 Agents of Change, who is in Chile.
While crossing the desert he meets a penguin and decides to take it with him.
When he tracks down the chosen one, he discovers that he has the power to regenerate his damaged cells, so much so that he can create copies of himself.
As soon as they are together they are attacked by soldiers, in the pay of Death.
After defeating them they reach the coast, where a boat will take the young mutant to safety.
Cap realizes that Death is hiding inside the penguin and convinces him to let it go free.
The penguin, just released, ends up in the mouth of a shark.
