The Vulture (aka Mr. Tooms) does not give up in old age, despite having been housed in the Hospice.
He manages to escape by building wings with a wheelchair.
After the robberies he goes back to the hospice, pretending he never went out.
Peter Parker recognizes him as he visits Aunt May and they collide.
The Vulture flees.
The umpteenth (over the years it will always repeat itself the same) story about the Vulture that should retreat.

During hypnosis, Franklin releases a sphere of energy that transforms a bully into a supervillain.
The guy ruins Johnny's date with Lorrie (the redhead known on the track).
The Fantastic Four stop the thug and awaken Franklin from hypnosis.
A rather useless story, if not for a taste of the cosmic powers of Franklin Richards.
