The Black Cat works for Doctor Octopus, who saved her life after the accident at the dock.
Octopus and the Owl clash over the stolen device from Kingpin, also involving the Black Cat.
The Owl is badly injured by Octopus, who in turn is stopped by Spider-Man, who rips off his arms.
Story full of action and suspense, a good mix.
