O is brought to Roissy by her lover to be educated in absolute obedience.

O is possessed and whipped all night, then they entrust her to a servant, who can do with her what he wants.
In the following days she is instructed in obedience, submission and pleasure, until they deem her ready to return to freedom.
René brings her home, but now she has to abide by the rules learned in Roissy.
After a few days, René reveals that he has prepared her for another man, Sir Stephen, whom she will soon meet.
Sir Stephen is Rene's half-brother and O will belong to both of them.
O also has a lover, Jackline, who, however, keeps away from the hands of her masters.
When Sir Stephen finds out, he forces O to take Jackline to Roissy, to receive the same education, but she will continue to be her.
Sir Stephen leads O to Ann-Marie, a perverse old woman who is ordered to complete O's education and brand her with the seal of Sir Stephen.
O moves in with her and receives the same lessons she has already undergone in Roissy, but this time there are only women inflicting pleasure and torture on her, obviously including Ann-Marie.
At the end of the training, O is marked on both buttocks with Stephen's "S".
Sir Stephen has no qualms about offering it to his friends or getting frustrated by the creepy maid, Norah.
Also this time Guido Crepax realizes a much more explicit transposition of the film version, as already happened for Emmanuelle.
