Doctor Doom and Iron Man receive a mysterious magical object, which appeared out of nowhere.
Victor Von Doom senses great power and tries to steal Iron Man's too.
When they get close, the two objects merge and transport the two genes to an unknown place.

Tom Thumb is getting worse and Monkey X convinces him to return to the future to Red Centurion, to find a cure.
Tom asks Lamprey for help and together they manage to steal the Panacea serum, which will cure every disease in the future.
When he analyzes the serum, he discovers that it's just penicillin, a miracle cure only for 40th century humans.
A few weeks later, Tom Thumb dies.
