Thor confronts Demon and manages to defeat him.
When he returns the stone to Asgard, he discovers Odin's fury for his disobedience.
Odin forbids him to return to Midgard, but Thor objects.
Meanwhile, Hercules has arrived in New York and meets Jane Foster, who has traded his shares for those of Thor.
When he finds out that Thor hasn't returned, he goes out with Hercules!
Thor escapes Asgard and returns to Midgard to discover Jane Foster's infidelity.

Thor and Hercules battle for Jane Foster's heart.
Odin assists from Asgard and would like to punish his son, but his heart prevents him.
He then hands over some of his power to his advisor, Seidring the Ruthless (Of course, Odin could have some doubts !!), which acts in his stead by weakening Thor.
Hercules manages to defeat him, but Jane Foster, secretly advised by Odin, still chooses Thor.
