While in prison, observed by Odin, his father forgives Loki and calls him back from his exile.
The God of deception decides to take advantage, challenging Thor to a mortal duel, now that he no longer has his divine powers.
Balder and Sif rush to his aid, but in doing so they disobey Odin, who becomes furious.

The Avengers are called to intervene against Sub-Mariner, in defense of an American military submarine.
At the same time, Captain America warns them of the danger represented by the cosmic cube, which fell into the sea after its collision with the Red Skull.
The Avengers think Sub-Mariner has found the cube and attack him.
Hercules is the only one who manages to put Namor in trouble, also informing him of the cube's presence in the sea.
Namor finds the cosmic cube and uses it to have more strength on the surface and thus be able to beat Hercules.
Wasp manages to split it from the cube, which falls into a crack in the ground.
The Mole Man finds the cosmic cube, but throws it away, mistaking it for a toy.

The origins of the Inhumans continue.
A Kree sentry was left on planet Earth by its creators to oversee the evolution of the Inhumans, their genetic experiment.
When Randac undergoes the earth fog the sentry is activated and reaches Attilan.
Randac manifests incredible new powers, which convince Sentinel Kree to walk away without interfering.
