In summary, the Marquise of O ... is attacked by Russian soldiers, but their commander, a Count, saves her.
While she is unconscious she takes advantage of it.
The Marchesa does not notice anything until she discovers she is pregnant.
Her parents don't believe her innocence and kick her out.
Everything ends well, when the Count admits his responsibilities and marries her.
Guido Crepax's illustrations are delicate and colorful, but not very erotic.
