The protagonist of the story, Isabelle, reaches the clinic of Dr. Mazsovitch, which he usually attends.
The doctor's secretary, Alice, accompanies her to the office while she is "visiting" another patient.
The girl is on all fours, naked, while the doctor whips her.
Isabelle forces her to give her oral sex while the doctor sodomizes her.
The session does not satisfy the woman, who is looking for two men for a threesome.
The relationship lasts for a couple of hours and is interrupted by the arrival of Helmut, another regular client of the clinic.
Helmut is accompanied by the beautiful secretary Tania, not yet educated in local practices.

The story is not particularly thorough and the purpose of the clinic is unclear.
