After the victory over Pluto, Thor, Sif and Balder enter the research center to find out who is kept there.
Meanwhile, Karnilla observes her beloved with the help of Haag the seer.
Him (Adam Warlock) wakes up and meets Thor, to whom he tells his story.
Him was created by a group of human scientists in the Citadel of Science (On "The Fantastic Four Corno no. 63 and 64").
Upon awakening he killed the scientists who created him and wanted to control him and fled into space.
Here he accidentally fell into a meteor trap created by the Watcher.
To protect himself, he closed himself in his cocoon and the Watcher sent him back to his home planet.
Now he just wants to live in peace, but not alone, so he kidnaps Sif and teleports himself to an unknown place.
Thor and Balder follow him thanks to Mjolnir.
Him manages to escape again and Thor must also face Haag who tries to kidnap Balder for his mistress.

Black Panther escapes and confronts the Grim Reaper.
During the fight he discovers that his colleagues are not dead, but in stasis.
He steal the criminal's scythe and awaken them, officially joining the team.
