Romero's most famous character, Axa, reproposed in an elegant large-format volume.
In Italy the adventures of Axa have been proposed by monthly magazines such as Skorpio, Lanciostory, etc.
Axa returns to Matt's village, where they welcome her as a hero.
In reality it is a trap set by the Mayor, who locks her up in the temple.
Axa manages to escape and ends up in bed with Matt.
The next morning they are attacked by the Mayor, who injures Matt.
Axa opposes and they manage to escape.
Matt dies shortly after of his injuries and Axa carries on alone.
After surviving an attack by giant bees, she is found by Jon and the dome guards.
She is forcibly taken back to the dome, where they try to re-educate her with the help of drugs and sedatives.
Axa's spirit is too strong and she manages to escape.
The escape route is particularly complex and the cameras follow her every move.
Surviving, she discovers that it was a test by the Director of the dome, who entrusts her with a dangerous mission.
