Spider-Man and Wolverine, after the Infernal Gala in Krakoa, chase Moira MacTaggert to Paris to save Mary Jane Watson.
In order not to lose track of her, they send the mutant Greycrow (formerly Sinister's Marauder) to follow her.
Finally it is explained how Moira is forcing Mary Jane to obey: the necklace she wears contains Moira's consciousness (it is not a real necklace, but a part of her cybernetic body) and can tighten itself killing her.
Thanks to an electromagnetic device they manage to distract Moira and free M.J.
We find out that Mary Jane left Peter for the love of Paul, the man she lives with now, but it is not explained if it is the only reason (she's talking about responsibility, therefore not true love).

Crossover of Judgment Day.
Who knows why the “star” John Romita jr refused to draw both this crossover and the Gala one… as I understand him!!
Peter is judged by the Progenitor, who takes the form of Gwen Stacy.
Obviously he is pardoned (for his good heart) and as a reward he can greet the real Gwen for a few seconds, brought back to life by the Celestial.
