Collection of stories written and drawn by the couple Liberatore – Tamburini and originally published in “underground” magazines such as Il Male, Cannibale and Frigidaire, at the end of the 70s.
Stefano Tamburini, who died of an overdose in 1986, at the age of just 30, was among the most criticized authors at the time, but thanks to his collaboration with Tanino Liberatore he managed to achieve some success abroad as well.
The stories are particularly violent and openly challenging the politics of the time (in some respects extremist) .
Of particular note is the story that gives the volume its title, Hold Violence, the story Saturn against the Earth, Folly Bololy and Real Vision.
The stories mentioned are very similar to the setting of Ranxerox, the most famous character of Liberatore.
