The new Nomad is named Eddie Ferbel, a stuntman enlisted by the Nihilist Order.
During a parade organized by the O.N., A terrorist attack is simulated, only this time Nomad is killed by Ameridroid, after gassing Captain America.
Captain America restores Dekker's memories in Ameridroid, who rebels against the leader of the Nihilist Order.
Under the hood hides the Red Skull.

While Vindicator is busy with Omega Flight, Delphine Courtney meets Heather Hudson, who is waiting for him.
Heather discovers that behind her husband's absence is Jerry Jaxon, her husband's former boss at Am-Can Petrochemical.
Jaxon was fired because of Mac and attempted suicide. He survived, but was paralyzed.
He was then contacted by Roxxon and joined by Miss Courtney, who turns out to be a robot.
In Canada, Shaman and Snowbird received Vindicator's call and await the other group members to join him.
The only one who doesn't hear the call is Marinna, busy having sex with Namor in Atlantis.
After a brief argument between Sasquatch and Northstar, the group joins Vindicator in New York.
The battle rages, with precarious balance. When Vindicator destroys Box, it is revealed that it was not Mr. Bochs who controlled him, but Jaxon.
In an attempt to repair his damaged suit, Mac takes some components from Box's remains, which are unstable.
As soon as Heather reaches the scene of the fight, she has time to see it burn and die.
