Falcon is captured by the Sisters.
Captain America and Nomad discover that Arnie has been replaced by a robot again, while Cap continues to age.
Continuing their inspection of the Skull house they arrive at a cabaret, where the singer is recognized by Nomad as the young Scarlet, with whom she has had a date.
Nomad realizes that he is the cause of Cap's aging, having added a substance to his food, without realizing it.
Cap, weakened, is knocked down by Mother Superior, after discovering that Bernie and Falcon are also now hostages of the Skull.

The Wasp returns to his role as president and the Black Knight joins the group.

Investigations lead them to the Savage Land, where he finds Terminus.

The resurrected creature in the morgue is revealed to be Ernest St. Ives, the immortal with the death touch Aurora and Northstar have already encountered.
Nemesis also feels his return and starts looking for him.
Alpha Flight and Nemesis attack Deadly Ernest, but fall one by one at his touch.
Only Nemesis' sword can stop him and she entrusts it to Puck, who eliminates him.
Upon Ernest's death, Nemesis brings her victims back to life, then dies, revealing that she is Ernest's daughter.
