Captain America, Nomad and Destroyer attack the Outer Circle Headquarters, in agreement with Bucky.
Before the clash Love leaves the circle, admitting defeat.
The Machine is revealed to be integrated with Headquarters and is destroyed by the virus created by her son Danile Agdobe.
Money is killed by Bucky's cat, while Power is handed over to Dr. Doom (Since Wolfgang Fortunov is the brother of the dictator Von Doom overthrew years ago to liberate Latveria).
A hasty conclusion to a saga that could still give a lot to the character, but was clearly poorly managed.
