The protagonist of this miniseries is Steve Rogers.
Captain America and his radio amateurs friends intercept more messages about the mysterious secret organization.
One of the messages leads Captain America to Germany, to a clean energy plant.
He intervenes just in time to save the scientists held hostage and discovers that the soldiers of the organization, called Tithed, are former agents of other organizations, such as SHIELD, AIM and HYDRA.
The leaders of Tithed, which has Cap's shield as its symbol, are called Erasure, Money, Power, Love and Revolution.
Bucky Barnes, meanwhile, tracks down Peggy Carter in Madripoor and recognizes her as a member of Tithed.
