Normal day for Steve Rodgers, who travels the city looking for answers.
He first goes to Bucky, who he reveals was once one of the Outer Circle's "star tips."
Cap and Bucky decide to face them together.
At the end of the evening, Captain America faces the Eraser, another "Star tip" and convinces him to side with him against the Outer Circle.
One of their leaders, Revolution, quickly finds out.

The protagonist of this miniseries is Sam Wilson.
Sam Wilson confronts Black Panther and they fall down a waterfall together.
Sam is rescued by Falcon, but they find Wakandian guards waiting for them led by Shuri, T'challa's sister and current ruler of Wakanda.
Falcon and Captain America are forced to leave, along with all American citizens who have applied for Wakandan citizenship.
In the finale it is revealed that the White Wolf is working in Wakanda.
