He asks Detective Cole North, who seems interested.
He asks the new mayor Luke Cage, but he refuses, preferring to continue his commitment to New York.
During the interview he discovers that he is about to meet the Stromwyns and decides to follow him secretly.
Luke rejects the two billionaires' bribery attempt.
Soon after Daredevil is attacked by Aka, Elektra's mentor who works for the Hand.
He learns that the Hand is working with the Stromwyns and that the Punisher has become the new leader.
Daredevil is defeated, then runs to Foggy Nelson, fearing for his life.
