Splendid self-contained adventure, starring the two leading characters of the two publishing houses in that period.
The story flows pleasantly, with few clouds to read, just how I like it!
Wolverine lives in the Chinese Quarter of San Francisco, with his current girlfriend.
Lucy is worried about her mother and when they visit her they are attacked by mysterious ninjas.
The fight moves to the street and Logan is hit by poisoned arrows.
Only Michael Cray's intervention prevents him from dying from the poison, but Lucy is kidnapped.
When Logan recovers, at Deathblow's house, they are attacked again.
They manage to escape the ninjas and are contacted by the mysterious Librarian, who identifies the captors as worshipers of an ancient Chinese people who invented martial arts.
Their intervention prevents the ancient people from returning to life, but Logan discovers that Lucy is actually the Librarian, who has been manipulating him from the beginning.
