Daredevil ends up on live TV wearing the data disc around his neck.
Many criminal organizations intervene to get it: Agence Byzantine, HYDRA, AIM and The Secret Empire.
Daredevil is about to be defeated when the Black Specter enters the scene.
The 5 Black Specter criminals demonstrate superior fighting skills and take the puck.
Shortly afterwards the mystery is revealed: Luke Cage, Wolverine, Iron Fist, Spider-Man and Mime were hiding behind the Black Specter's uniforms.
Daredevil's plan to put an end to the criminal hunt is successful and the disc can be handed over to Reed Richards for decoding.
Unfortunately, Doctor Doom intervenes and kidnaps Daredevil by teleportation.

Rachel Cole enlists the help of Norah Winters to recover her wedding photograph from the apartment guarded by the police.
She catches her in bed with Ben Urich's nephew (who will become another version of Goblin!).
Norah accepts, but in the apartment she finds Frank Castle waiting for her.
Norah must reveal to the Punisher the place of the appointment with Rachel.
Rachel and Frank clash, but then clear up and become allies again.

Before he can take him out he is interrupted by Daredevil.
Castle manages to escape, but loses track of the criminal.
Complicating his search, a chance encounter with a girl who closely resembles his late wife Maria.
