Parallel universe where Daredevil is born in ancient feudal Japan.
The story begins with a ronin samurai, called Old Devil.
Against him the Giant Shogun (clearly Kingpin), who blackmails him by blinding his son Masahiro.
He forces him to attack a newly arrived American ship and steal the weapons on board.
The Old Devil entrusts Masahiro to his old friend Stick, now in the service of the Giant Shogun.
On the American ship are Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson.
Matt survives the attack by falling into the sea, while Foggy sacrifices himself to destroy the weapons.
The ship has been betrayed by a Greek embarked with them, who is in turn killed by the Giant Shogun.
The Old Devil is also killed.
Masahiro and little Elektra, daughter of the Greek traitor, are raised by Stick.
