Normandy, September 5, 1942.
Dodo grew up in the countryside, but as soon as she was old enough she returned to Paris with her mother.
Her mother works in a brothel and Dodo is initially assigned to clean the rooms and serve the other prostitutes.
The young woman finds the atmosphere of the brothel fascinating and soon asks the owner if she can work.
Dodo's life surrounds the experiences of other prostitutes, who encounter all kinds of perverts.
In the background the tragic consequences of the Nazi occupation.
Eventually Dodo will lose his virginity thanks to an American soldier, after the liberation.
