Druuna still dreams of the city where she grew up, inhabited by horrible monsters.
In reality she returned to the spaceship, where Terry tries to seduce her.
The disease is spreading between the crew and it is not known how to stop it.
The doctor enters Druuna in the virtual reality of the computer to contact Lewis.
The city is now populated mainly by monsters changed by the disease.
Druuna is once again helped by the mutant dwarf and Shastar, but is still captured by a local boss.
She is forced to mate with two men not struck by the disease, which however are killed shortly before the orgasm, tearing them.
