Valentina, Philip and their 10-year-old son Mattia are on holiday by the sea in Pula (Croatia).
The beach they frequent is deserted and Valentina and Mattia can always be naked.
Mattia sees a suspicious man who spies on them, but Valentina doesn't believe him.
A few days later she is the one who sees him and Philip who does not believe her.
However, Philip begins to behave strangely: he is always tired during the day and does not want to make love.
Eventually Valentina decides to follow him and discovers that the Dungeons are back and sexually abusing him.
In particular, a beautiful hermaphrodite, whom Valentina has already seen on the beach.
At the same time, Valentina relives an experience of her grandmother Louise, who had a sailor as a lover in Venice in 1923.
The sailor has the appearance of Corto Maltese, character of Hugo Pratt.

In the building of Valentina and Philip a new tenant arrives on the 7th floor, the mysterious Doctor Curtius.
They see many beautiful women going up to his apartment.
In the end, Valentina can't resist the curiosity and imitates them.
The man seems to be a plastic surgeon, but very particular.
Valentina is undergoing a midlife crisis, so she lets herself be tempted and shows up in her studio.
The doctor and his assistant undress Valentina and involve her in an erotic game.
Meanwhile, Philip is distracted by another client of his, who sneaks naked into their apartment and seduces him.
Worried about Valentina, Philip takes the woman upstairs and discovers that Valentina is mysteriously rejuvenated.
This is just a trick and Philip manages to save her.
The doctor melts defeated, while the two patients are transformed into plastic statues.

Valentina is warned by the caretaker that someone has entered her country house.
As soon as he reaches it he finds everything in order, but there is a strange old woman upstairs.
Frightened, Valentina begins to fantasize about vampire stories.
In reality, it is only Vincenzo, the man she met many years earlier with whom she was left naked at home without doing anything.
Vincenzo did not forget that night, nor Valentina's stories, so he decided to make a film of it.
Valentina helps him with some personal considerations, then finally allows him to make love with her.
