Ben Grimm is tormented by a stray dog who has grown fond of him.
One night he wakes up in a bottomless hole, as his house falls, accompanied only by the stray dog.
He senses that something is wrong, so he manages to wake up and defeats the Miracle Man, a super-villain who wants to rob them.
Thanks to the stray dog's instincts, he manages to wake up the others and get the criminal arrested.
